The restaurant, Beatriz, is named after the resort owner’s dear friend, Beatriz Zobel, Jr. Her love of the Filipino culture inspired the concept of Azure Dive Resort, and subsequently led to her active participation in the planning stages.

The Beatriz also showcases the Filipino artistry. Three gigantic teardrop solihiya pendant lamps from Albay take center stage in the 40-seater semi-al fresco restaurant located at the beachfront. An inimitable carving from Pampanga also hangs as a strong Filipino statement above the teakwood buffet, and is complemented by four wooden cylindrical lamps from Triboa Bay Living.

The nito lamps, also from Albay, provide that cozy and romantic ambience. Here, diners can enjoy traditional Filipino cuisine while indulging in the unperturbed, breathtaking views of the ocean. All meals are per-arranged, but guests may request for specific dishes, as long as they are readily available at the local market.

Beatriz Restaurant is open for A la Carte dining. No reservation required however when the resort is full walk in dining may not be accommodated.
